AWESOME LEICA LASER RANGE FINDING BINOCULARS
These new Leica Geovid HD-B Laser Range Finding Binoculars ,are definitely world class and in a class all by themselves. I have recently spent a lot of quality time with them, in the field. I have been hunting the High Desert and Canyons of Eastern and Central Oregon for Big Game and Predators. The quality of the glass ,and its light reflecting abilities, is like nothing I have ever seen. As hunters know ,the earliest morning and near dark lighting conditions ,are when most animals move and feed. But what would you expect with a LEICA product? only the very highest quality. The amazing internal computing abilities, of these laser range finding binos, are the most technical I have ever dealt with ,but the enclosed instruction booklet is very straightforward and to the point ,so it makes it easy to work with them, for you to input your weapons info and explore other capabilities like scan mode ,atmospheric conditions and ballistic curve. I could try and explain these capabilities ,but I would hardly be able to scratch the surface ,of the internal abilities available. The battery and mini DV card,with adapter included, are very easy to install. I have been able to range animals and objects ,out to 1750 yards, with incredible clarity and accuracy. This product has a rubber coated Magnesium housing ,that allows it to excel in the most adverse weather conditions, you can possibly put yourself in. They are absolutely completely waterproof , to a depth of 5 meters or about 15 feet ,in case of an unexpected dunk in the water, or accidental fall out of a boat. The nitrogen filling in the internal optics makes them impervious to any fogging. These binos are very easy to bring up to your eyes and the nice wide padded neck strap feels very comfortable, to wear for long hours in the field. The soft push button controls are easy to reach and to push with a fingertip .The eyepiece Diopters are adjustable for someone with or without glasses. Each eyepiece can be focused separately,along with a center focus. Lens covers on front and back protect glass from possible damage. This Leica product is the highest quality product I have ever Tested and Reviewed ,so I have to give it my Very Very Highest Recommendation for Overall Quality of Glass Lenses, Absolute Waterproof , Weatherproof, Capabilities and Internal Laser Range Finding,Ballistics, Abilities. I hope this review is informative to readers,to help them make an informed buying decision. |FISHGRILLER APPROVED }

AWESOME BUSHNELL INFRARED NIGHT VISION !!!!!!!!!
By Fishgriller on October 28, 2014
When the opportunity arose, for me to test and review this new pair of Bushnell Lynx Gen 1 Night Vision Binoculars, I was very excited, to receive them. This set is very lightweight and padded strap, feels good around my neck. I have always wanted to be able to see what I am missing, in the deep darkness of the night. This product has many important potential uses,including wildlife observation, search and rescue, law enforcement, home security and Now the Darkness is my Friend!!!! The performance of these night vision optics, is astounding. They are powered by 2 AAA batteries. Product comes with detailed instruction booklet and soft carry case,with lens cloth. The magnification is 2.5X out of the 40MM objectives. The range of the built in Infrared Illuminator is up to 90 Yards. These binoculars are meant to be used in the darkness, or near darkness only. They open up a whole new world of nighttime vision. This product can be used in the most extreme of temperature conditions,-22 to 104F for those who push the limits, in the outdoors. Night vision works by a Photocathode,that electronically changes Photon energy into Electrons,then acceleration of Electrons,inside the intensifier,that then produces a green monochrome image, that you can see. The accelerated Electrons, allow the unit to provide gain and enhance images. The diopters/eyepieces have pads , of a soft rubber material and feel good to my eyes. Soft rubber switches turn on binoculars and the Infrared Illuminator. When the infrared switch is pushed, a circle of extremely bright light, is in the center of units vision. The focus of the unit, is the front objective lenses,and can be adjusted from 4 to 600 feet. This products rubberized, non slip grip housing, is Water Resistant /not Waterproof. Unit should never be submerged. Care should always be taken to wipe unit dry,with a soft cloth ,and only use professional lens cleaners on lenses. Remove batteries if stored for more than 2 months. Unit can operate up to 70 hours without infrared ,and 20 hours with infrared on . After much testing I give this product my Very Highest recommendation, for many life saving, safety use, possibilities, Gen 1 Innovation, Quality lenses and electronic components, durability,in the field,and overall versatility ,to change extreme darkness into bright daylight visibility. I hope this review is informative to readers and helps them make an informed buying decision. {FISHGRILLER APPROVED

ROCKY MOUNTAIN ELK IN CENTRAL OREGON !!!!!
I love to hunt the magnificent Rocky Mountain Elk , on the High Desert of Central Oregon.with my older brother Billy . I call him The ELK WHISPERER !!!!!!!!! this last year we drew a special tag for a newly opened unit opened up on BLM land after 20 + years of being closed to hunting.My brother Billy ,
scouted the unit several times before the season , to get us ready for the hunt.On opening morning, my brother Billy whispered us up a herd of Rocky Mountain Bull Elk bedded down after a hard night of eating alfalfa, on the private ranches below our unit. We are meat hunters and had hair tags for any elk , but this is what we saw and we put a Hurtin !!!!on these 2 bull elk early on opening day . The next couple of days we had a good time while the other 7 guys and one woman ,hunted the unit, and we ended up with 6 elk down and a lot of meat to take to the processor ,but I kept my elk meat out of the group pool , to butcher it up myself .

VIP!!! CABELAS PRE GRAND OPENING SPECIAL EVENT
My friend Steve got some special VIP passes, for this event, at the new Cabelas in Tualitin Oregon . When we walked in ,all of the employees were standing on each side of the aisle, clapping and welcoming us in to the new store. The statue at this new Cabelas ,was of a Mastadon, that had been found at the new building site, buried there , from Thousands of years ago.
The taxidermy was spectacular and the new Cabelas store looked great.
