I got some fall apples from the neighbor. I was ready for some good apple cobbler. The UPS man brought me this new Camp Chef 13 inch Square Dutch Oven, So I asked Mrs. Outdoor Chef Kurt / Anita, my wife, to make me up a nice batch of apple cobbler, in this new dutch oven . She got to work and the spatulas flew, till the mix was ready, to put in the new Camp Chef Dutch Oven. It smelled so good I almost ate the whole dutch oven pan , while it was cooking in the oven at 350. When it was done and resting on the stovetop, I was in misery waiting to try some, after it cooled down a bit. When I tasted some it was the best ever, and I was amazed at the beautiful crust at the bottom , no burning just Perfection. !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love these great new gourmet outdoor meals, from Camp Chef and Wise foods. They are Delicious . I would eat one every day if I could , but then I would run out ,and not be prepared for an emergency,if one came along. It is very easy to cook them in the package , with just 2 cups of boiling water,and just pour in a bowl and ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love to use my Garlic Gourmay spices and seasonings when I cook Dinner, for myself ,or at one of my many culinary adventures. I keep them handy on the counter in my kitchen. They really provide a depth of flavor , not found in many spices. This year I traveled ,and cooked in North Dakota at the oil field man camps ,and was in Alaska twice, at a small fishing lodge in the bush. My Garlic Gourmay spices and seasonings ,were always in my luggage ,because they provide great flavor, to all of my many signature dishes.

I was excited to smoke my bird this year in the Green Mountain Grill , for the first time. I am happy to be on the Pro Staff of Green Mountain Grills ,and am learning more and more about the quality finished product,that I end up with every time I put my Green Mountain Grill to work. The turkey was perfection ,to say the least . Moist ,juicy ,and very flavorful , from the quality 3 wood pellet blend that Green Mountain Grills sells.
